‘Tis the season to reflect on 2013 and to be ever so grateful for the abundance we already have in our business and in our lives!
2013 has been yet another learning curve for me, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. As a Small Business Advisor, I have experienced so much change this year! I have seen myself grow out of something really, really good into something that feels so GREAT! I have many people in my life that I am thankful for helping me through that growth.
IN MY PERSONAL LIFE…
I am ever so grateful for my husband Jamie, and my children Shawna, Wyatt, Katie (Ryan) and Scott (Samantha… and new baby grand daughter Lyla!) for always believing in me! Without their constant love and support, I wouldn’t be where I am today! They are, quite simply, MY WHY!
IN MY BUSINESS LIFE…
Of course, I have so much to thank Carol Glover for, she pushed me back out into the world on my own so that I can my Biggest and Best… even if that meant a little sadness in the separation of our work together. She said, “Lisa, you are YOUR BRAND, just like you share with your clients… go out there and be as big as your energy and don’t hide behind someone else’s brand… it’s time.” Thank you Carol for your friendship, love, patience and support. I couldn’t have done it without you!
My “A Team”
For me “A” stands for Accountability & Alliance. My A-Team, over the last four months, has had an astounding effect on my growth! A huge thank you and shout out goes to:
- Jeremy Tracey, Certified World Class Speaking Coach who is also my “Daily Accountability Coach”. He is great for challenging me to do more, be more and never settling on what I want and can achieve. He ruly gives me daily inspiration, pushing me out and through my comfort zone to my personal GREATNESS!
- Elaine Bradshaw for being my “Energy Psychology Coach”, reminding me that I must be totally in touch with my personal self, my needs and my true abundance… letting go of those old familiar patterns that no longer serve me, so that I may continue to sustain the energy I share with my clients.
- Renate Donnovan is my “Hypnotherapist and Executive Coach”, setting the bar for reaching out to my own success and dreams. She is helping me to achieve all of my goals, with confidence from deep within. The A-Team concept stemmed from one of her presentations at Company of Women Waterloo. Talk about energizing!
My A-Team is helping me close the gap between where I am and where I aspire to be!
My wish for you this Holiday Season is that you have found your “A-Team” in 2013. If not, then be on the look out for those people that truly inspire you to push away from that comfortable place you’re settling for right now…
and morph into YOUR OWN GREATNESS!
